Therapeutic Process
Therapy starts with an intake meeting to build rapport and gather information. Next, we will collaboratively identify treatment goals. After that, we will proceed flexibly with treatment interventions and coping strategies that best match your concerns and needs.
Session Information
Sessions are 60-minutes long. Frequency of meetings is unique to each person and can vary as needed.
Telehealth
Therapy is conducted remotely on a HIPAA-compliant audio & video platform. Telehealth increases your access to care by reducing barriers like travel time, geographic limitations, and scheduling constraints. It also supports comfort by allowing you to engage in treatment from a familiar environment, which can enhance consistency and follow-through.
Operations
Be Well Mental Health is open Monday through Friday from 8am - 6pm.
Be We Mental Health is not open on the weekends or evenings past 6pm and does not offer after-hours support.
Be Well Mental Health has a 24/7 voicemail service that Dr. Nocera monitors regularly. Calls are returned within one to two business days.
